This truly stunning home is situated on a 5.2 acre knoll-top with amazing views of the valley, orchards, city, mountains and so much more. The home was designed by renowned designer, Dale Shostrum, with thoughtful input from the owners completed in 2009. Geothermally heated concrete floors on both levels keep the home comfortable year round under foot, while the large Clere-Story windows capture the almost 360 degree views and are electronically controlled. Custom cherrywood cabinets throughout, with solid fir doors and wood benches adding beauty and warmth. Mostly main level living. This home really does have it all with high end finishes throughout that exude quality yet doesn’t feel ostentatious. 1.2 acres of Irrigation from TID allows for landscaping and gardening if desired. A private gate with code affords privacy and security. A home this special doesn’t come along very often so don’t miss your chance to make it yours. Adjoining 7 acre lot also available $495,000
